A Magnesium ferrosilicon Nodularizer
Mg3 Fe Si alloy is a nodularizer that contains a higher level of calcium (1.0-3.0%) for ductile iron.
The calcium in magnesium ferrosilicon nodularizer can greatly reduce the reaction volatility, improve nodularity and nodule count and reduce magnesium fade rate.
Cheegoole uses special production methods to reduce the oxide in nodularizer and minimize the compositional segregation during solidification.
