90% silicon carbide for foundry industry

90% silicon carbide is good deoxidizer, preconditioner and inoculant in foundry industry.

The 90% silicon carbide granules contain 60%min Si elements and 25%min C element. When SiC in molten state and meet with iron liquid (liquid molten iron), Si and C elements are extremely easy to combine with the gas iron liquid to achieve deoxidization performance.

Adding the 90% SiC into foundry furnace can increase the graphite core quantity.The membrane generated on the surface of SiC delays the diffusion process of carbon and silicon elements in molten iron, preventing itself from excessive concentration homogenization, reducing graphite recession,it is conducive to long-term inoculation.
